Whereas it is determined that in forming an Association with the following purposes, it will be to our mutual benefit, as well as to that of the Area Healthcare Facilities. We, the Healthcare Engineers, in forming our Association declare that this organization known as “Nebraska Chapter of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering” was founded with the following purposes as it’s main objective:

1. We pledge ourselves to exchange information, render assistance whenever possible and to foster a better fellowship among those in the field of Healthcare Engineering.
2. To create a mutual understanding between the Management and Maintenance of Healthcare Facilities.
3. To give the comfort and welfare of your facilities’ patients and guests your first consideration.
4. To maintain an educational forum where specific and related problems may be presented and discussed and best business practices shared among our members.
